Timescale is continuing to grow rapidly, and we’re hiring for many roles involving distributed systems and databases.
Timescale extends PostgreSQL to handle relational data, time-series, events, real-time analytics, and vector search in a single application database. It’s built for data-heavy, mission-critical apps while retaining the familiarity and reliability of Postgres. Ideal for IoT, crypto, finance, SaaS, and more.

The U.S. healthcare system wasn’t built for patients. It’s massive, confusing, exhausting, and designed to wear people down. It denies access, withholds clarity, fails to take patients seriously, and rarely shows them how to fix what’s broken. When care gets delayed or denied, patients are often left with more questions than answers.
At Solace, we’re on a mission to empower patients & improve outcomes. By helping people work with professional health advocates, Solace serves as an integral, personal support layer for health issues in a way that the health system can’t. Using proprietary technology to match patients with experienced advocates, Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare and helps individuals and families make informed decisions that result in better outcomes.

Founders Ben [0] and Rob [1] have been friends since meeting at Venmo in 2013. Ben worked at Stripe for 8 years. Rob worked at Fin (human-in-the-loop AI executive assistant, before LLMs) and was founding engineer at Substack. We started our first product, Substrate in 2023, a platform for building agentic workflows, and raised an $8M seed round led by Lightspeed [2]. We were pushing the envelope on both infra (serving multi-model workloads efficiently) and developer experience (ahead of our time in several ways) [3]. Though we found solid traction with startups, we realized inference was a red ocean especially upmarket, and decided to spin down the product/team at the end of 2024. We've spent the last 6 months prototyping and discarding ideas, and we’re now gearing up to launch our latest vision, a consumer AI application.

Comp up to A$250k + meaningful equity.

- Deploying clusters of 1,000+ GPUs and operating them with and for customers.
- Validating correctness and performance of underlying compute, storage, and networking infrastructure, and working with providers to optimize these subsystems.
- Migrating petabytes of data from public cloud platforms to local storage, as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
- Debugging issues anywhere in the stack, from “this server’s fan is blocked by a plastic bag” to “optimizing S3 dataloaders from buckets in different regions”.
- Building internal tooling to decrease deployment time and increase cluster reliability, including automation where the customer benefits clearly outweigh the implementation overhead.
We don't require prior experience with GPUs or AI/ML; we require a willingness to learn quickly, work hard, and obsess about customer success.

At AllSpice, we're building the future of hardware development and collaboration, applying modern software design principles to the hardware industry with revision control, design review, and automated test (think GitHub/Bitbucket for hardware). AllSpice is unlocking the next generation of smart vehicles, IOT devices, rockets, medical devices, robotics, and much more.
We have a highly capable, tight-knit, remote-first team with a flex office in Somerville, MA and SF. We strongly value continuous communication and personal development. See more on our careers page https://allspice.io/careers
We’re hiring primarily for:
Sr.-Staff Frontend Software Engineer - You'll be the subject matter expert for our front-end (Vue, JS, Golang, Playwright, jest), and work with open-source projects to extend our user experience. https://allspice.io/post/jobs/sr-principal-staff-front-end-s...
Sr. Technical Product Manager (Actions) - You're a hardware nerd who's been frustrated with the lack of automation and data access in electronics design. Sr. Technical Product Manager (AI) - You've been an early adopter, introducing AI features in your past products. Hi! I work with a small group of developers doing custom software development and consulting for small/medium businesses. This is a great opportunity for people who value flexibility, maybe SAHMs, new parents, etc. who want to get back into the workforce in a very flexible way. Not a great fit for someone between who wants to do something temporary between jobs, supplemental around their existing full time job or who need a stable level of income.
The work is very different by client but not terribly difficult. However, no matter how senior you are there is a pretty low ceiling on what our clients are willing to pay. Our technology stack is anchored in: - JavaScript/Node/Vue - GCP/App Engine/Cloud Functions - Jira/Confluence/Google Workspace
If this sounds interesting and a good fit your lifestyle, reach out to [the two letter acronym for this site]@cookie.bike
PS. Each time I post here I get 3-500 emails, almost all are low effort that don't meet the above description, I've hired 3 people from past posts, but it can take some time dig through everyone.
Rinse provides dry cleaning and laundry delivery services to customers in nine metropolitan areas in the US. We have sophisticated logistics optimization software, a polished consumer product, and firm business fundamentals. We're now over a decade old - this is a stable, yet consistently growing and innovating, company.
