Parabola is a no-code data workflow automation tool that helps operations teams move, transform, and automate their data without writing code. LLMs are a core part of our product — we use them to help users build and reason about their workflows — and they're increasingly part of how we run infrastructure too. We're a small, product-focused team and our infrastructure runs on AWS. We're looking for an SRE who's passionate about observability and keeping systems healthy and understandable. You'll own our monitoring and alerting infrastructure, drive incident response, and work closely with engineering to make sure we have deep visibility into everything that matters. We expect you to use LLMs heavily in your work — writing runbooks, generating alert configs, drafting postmortems, building dashboards — and we want someone who's already figured out how to make that feel natural. What you'll work on:
Observability stack — Prometheus, Grafana, dashboards, alerting, and on-call workflows Incident response and postmortems — building a culture of learning from failures SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets — helping the team make data-driven reliability decisions Monitoring LLM-specific infrastructure: latency, token throughput, model error rates, cost attribution AWS infrastructure across our stack (Lambda, ECS, RDS, OpenSearch, CloudFront, etc.) CDK-based IaC and CI/CD pipelines as needed
What we're looking for:
Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana (or similar — Datadog, Honeycomb, etc.) Strong instincts for what to instrument and what good alerting actually looks like Comfort debugging distributed systems across the full stack Experience owning on-call and incident response end to end AWS familiarity and enough IaC experience to get things done (CDK or Terraform) Someone who reaches for an LLM before writing boilerplate from scratch — and knows when not to
Nice to have: experience instrumenting LLM pipelines, familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js, startup experience, or a background in security and compliance.

MintMCP helps enterprises safely roll out agents to the entire organization (e.g, governance around MCP tools and agents like Claude Code / Codex / Cowork). We're building an MCP gateway with abstractions useful for 1) preventing agents from doing the unintentionally bad things you hear about every week without constraining them to be useless, 2) getting the rest of your teams and organizations to adopt them with minimal friction.
We're a small team of humans with dozens of agents: our company operates on the infrastructure we build for enterprises. We're looking for agent-forward engineers and GTM folks to help solve scaling problems, maintain the highest standards for security, make agents and MCPs usable and useful.
If you have experience in infra, security, and agents, and believe MCP, while not perfect, will evolve to become critical AI infrastructure, you might find the problems we're working on exciting!

COVU is an AI-first insurtech startup rebuilding the 20-year-old legacy infrastructure of the $365B+ insurance distribution industry.
We recently announced our $16M funding round (bringing our total to ~$50M) and launched COVU OS. We aren't just slapping an "AI wrapper" onto old software; we built a task-native orchestration layer from scratch. COVU OS converts messy, unstructured insurance workflows (emails, PDFs, manual triage) into defined tasks, dynamically routing them to the right execution layer—whether that's an AI agent, a licensed human professional, or an offshore team.
We are a scrappy, execution-focused team of builders. We heavily encourage using AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Gemini) in your daily workflow to ship code faster. If you hate spending months in "discovery" and prefer to just build and own production systems end-to-end, you will fit right in.
The Stack:
Data: Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Python
Product: TypeScript, React, Node.js / Python backends, Cloud Infrastructure
Open Roles:
Staff Full Stack Engineer (Technical Lead): You will be a foundational technical leader shaping the architecture of COVU OS. Expect deep, architecture-level design work paired with heavy, hands-on IC contributions.
Sr. Full Stack Engineer: You will own complex product surfaces end-to-end, building out the agentic orchestration layer, user interfaces, and enterprise API integrations.
Data Engineer(Remote): You'll be the primary builder of our "Golden Policy Journal," transforming highly complex, messy carrier data into our single source of truth using Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
Sr. Product Manager (COVU OS): You will own the roadmap for our core operating system. We need a highly technical PM who can dive into the weeds of agentic workflows and write specs that engineers actually want to read.

Generation Alpha Transistor (Gen-Alpha) is a San Francisco based start-up, building AI tools for chip designers. It's a space that’s gaining enormous momentum as demand for AI silicon keeps growing.
We’re looking for a Silicon Forward Deployed Engineer to join our rapidly growing team—an expert circuit designer who thrives at the intersection of deep technical work and real-world application. You’ll work side-by-side with customers, helping shape how advanced circuit design evolves in the AI era, and translating cutting-edge capabilities into tangible impact across their workflows. We are a small, highly technical team composed of PhD graduates from Berkeley, MIT, and Carnegie Mellon, with deep experience from companies like Apple, Amazon, Synopsys, and Cadence.
If you are interested, please send your resume along with you some upcoming availability to henry@gen-alpha.io. If there is a potential fit, I can help get a call set up with you and one of our founding team members to talk more about the opportunity!
Company: We are building an executive voice engine (Eve). This is a multi-agent AI system that learns how a leader thinks and produces content indistinguishable from what they'd write. Think: a specialized vertical AI solution that uses coordinated specialized agents, persistent context graphs, a learning flywheel that compounds with every piece. We have paying customers and a growing agency channel, mostly word of mouth.
Role: Full AI stack + product. Agent orchestration, evals, RAG, prompt chaining, model trade-offs, and customer-facing features. TypeScript, SvelteKit, Cloudflare Workers, Postgres.
You: Full-stack in the real sense (AI systems + infra + product). At least five years experience shipping code into production systems including production AI. Move fast, care deeply, and be curious.
Culture: We are a team of four. The founder is technical and moving to spend more time in growing the business. Architecture is early enough that your decisions define the system.
Apply: Send an email to hello [at] helloeve.co.
Use the subject line: My voice is {fill in your description}.
In the body, include your favorite piece of content you've published and why it matters to have your voice out there.
Please also share links to your portfolio and anything that shows how you think about AI systems, e.g. an eval harness, a multi-agent project, a write-up, a side project, and most importantly, why you + why you want to be part of the team.
We're using LLMs to build neural optimizers, neural scheduling systems, and neural workload tuners. (If you're ex-Google, you can think of it like Borg powered by LLMs.)
Today we use ML to make data warehouses and spark jobs more efficient. We're hiring staff ML engineers to train models that can understand how much compute a job needs, how it scales to larger machines, whether a machine can run more jobs, and so on; and staff infra engineers to take those models and deploy them on real-world production systems.
We're also looking for FDEs who can help us talk to users and run pilots. This is a pretty technical role (you need to be able to do data analysis and debug in prod) that's also user-facing - it should be a good fit for a former (or future) technical founder.
If this sounds cool, please email me: ben [at] espresso [dot] ai

Kinelo solves "context myopia": autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents don't know what they don't know, so they can't search or find the background information required to accomplish tasks accurately and effectively. The result looks like slop but it's not due to model performance, more due to workflow integration. From there, we're rapidly moving into organizing humans together with autonomous "AI coworkers" into workflows that span both. Our goal is to change how organizations are run and structured.
We're hiring for two roles right now:
- Product Engineer (https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/kinelo/jobs/4205846009) -- do you have the software engineering wisdom not yet encoded in an LLM? and do you have product sense and the willingness and desire to think several steps ahead in the market?
- Founding GTM Lead (https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/kinelo/jobs/4215784009) -- there's no playbook for go-to-market in the category we're creating + the landscape is changing daily. Come architect a strategy and then move mountains to execute on it and help us grow insanely fast.
Competitive salary, meaningful (~first batch of hires) equity, founder previously exited to Apple, strong fundraising history (~$10m).
Please email us at jobs@kinelo.com.
If you want to stand out:
- For the product engineer role, tell us how you think the job of a software engineer is changing.
- For the GTM role, tell us about a time you got massive results with limited resources, all through your ingenuity, creativity, and hard work.

- Real-time Bitcoin and USD payments, trading, and settlement on an Elixir monolith with a unified GraphQL API - Next-generation Bitcoin custody with quorum signing, key ceremonies, and geo-redundant infrastructure - Scaling our ML/AI systems (Python, PyTorch, XGBoost, LLMs) to automate operations and tackle fraud/risk - A ground-up React and React Native rewrite of our consumer app - Porting our Lightning Network infrastructure from Go into Elixir We're hiring: - Staff Software Engineer (Elixir) | $200K-$250K - Senior Software Engineer (React, Full-stack) | $150K-$220K - Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer | $200K-$250K Apply at https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/river?utm_source=Zp9nJyqvd4I'm Nick, CTO & co-founder. We're Rippling, but for insurance carriers paying their sales force. Every policy sold triggers a chain of payouts across brokers, agents, and sub-agents. Today that runs on spreadsheets and legacy vendor systems and tomorrow they'll run on Chestnut. Nationwide and other major carriers have already made the switch.
Revenue is up 8x in the last year. We're backed by a16z. Founding team came out of leadership at Ethos (insuretech that recently IPO'd in January).
The work is state-heavy and correctness-critical: payouts that must reconcile with finance to the cent, dynamic agent hierarchies, retries, chargebacks, partial failures. These systems move real money and cannot drift.
You'll design schemas, build backend logic, ship UI, deploy, and own the sharp edges that show up with real enterprise customers.
Stack: Go, TypeScript/React, Postgres, Temporal, Kubernetes, AWS. We use AI aggressively and expect you to as well.
We're looking for 3–6 years on real product systems. You're thoughtful about invariants and failure modes.

Our team thinks there's a lot of value in co-design of software harnesses and LLMs, particularly for small/medium models, particularly in the open model space.
Our colleagues across the isle do an awesome job at training the Granite model series, so we (physically and organizationally) sit in a uniquely good place to do impactful work in this space.
I am currently looking for early career scientists and engineers who are interested in LLMs and also one of {programming languages, formal methods, compilers}. Experience with Rust is a plus. Cool systems-y projects with formalizations on paper or in rocq/lean/etc also a plus. Neither is necessary, per se.
If this sounds interesting please send over an email: nathan@ibm.com

We built the largest open-source AI pentesting framework — 25k GitHub stars, 80k active users, 15B LLM tokens processed daily, 1,800 pentests run per day. Two of us right now. You'd be the third.
Looking for a founding-engineer engineer who's done 0→1 before and wants to own the architecture of something already at scale. You'll touch everything — infra, product, research tooling. Python/TypeScript stack, AI-native workflows, real security problems.
Email hiring@usestrix.com — tell us something you've built and why it was hard.
Saildrone is the world's leading operator of uncrewed surface vehicles (USVs), providing persistent in situ data from the most challenging ocean environments on Earth. Our fleet, ranging from the 23-foot Explorer to the brand-new 170-foot Spectre, is revolutionizing how we understand and secure our oceans. We work with global navies to deliver maritime domain awareness, partner with governments to map the seafloor in high-resolution, and collaborate with scientists to track climate change and hurricane intensification in real-time.
Maybe you saw that we recently unveiled Spectre, a new class of high-speed USV designed for strike and anti-submarine warfare[1]. Or perhaps you read about our partnership with Meta, where we completed the first-of-its-kind autonomous deep-water cable survey[2]. You might have also seen our ongoing mission with NOAA to map 13,000 square miles of the Mariana Islands[3].
Whether we are hucking drones into Category 4 hurricanes or scaling up the production of the world’s largest autonomous wingsails, we are looking for people who want to build the future of maritime autonomy.
We're hiring for a breadth of different positions across our organization. In software, we're looking for folks in our Perception, Platform/Frontend, and Vehicle teams. Stacks vary, but we're looking primarily for backgrounds in C++ and/or JavaScript (Node, TypeScript, React). All software positions are hybrid roles based out of our HQ in Alameda, just a quick ferry ride across the Bay from San Francisco.
In addition to software, we are also actively hiring for roles in:
* Production & Manufacturing (Composite technicians, assembly, and electronics)
* Fleet Operations (Mission managers, vehicle pilots, etc.)
* Hardware Engineering (Mechanical, electrical, and systems)

Hey HN! I’m an engineer at Falconer, a well-funded SF startup building the future of self-updating knowledge.
We’re a small team where everyone excels at what they do. At Falconer, you’ll join former staff-level engineers from Meta, Uber, Google, and Amazon, alongside others deeply involved in open-source culture, including myself.
As a founding engineer, you'll have a major impact on our product development and technical direction over our infrastructure.

Marker is a technology joint venture from 3 leading communications agencies. We’re an incubator building and launching force-multiplying software products for communications teams.
Our first product is Delve (https://delve.news) — a coverage monitoring, analysis, and insight toolkit to track and measure the entire online conversation about your business or industry.
Our product team is small and autonomous, but with the resources, expertise, and customer access of the global agencies we work with. We’re hiring an early engineer to join us on this journey; you’ll have a large impact on what we build, how we build it, and where we’re going next.
Our technology stack includes Deno, React, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch. Bonus points for expertise in any of: data visualization, distributed systems, web scraping, large-scale data pipelines.

No recruiters or agencies, please.
I'm Ryan, an EM and engineer here at YC. We have a small, 18-person software team with no PMs -- engineers own everything end-to-end.
We build the software behind YC's $6B in investments: tools that help partners evaluate thousands of startups per batch, AI-powered apps that founders use every day, and platforms like Work at a Startup that connect candidates with YC companies. Engineers get unlimited AI tokens -- both for development and to build AI-powered products. What wouldn't you build to help founders + YC with that much firepower?
What makes this different from other roles:
* You'd learn more about startups here than you could possibly imagine. Every batch brings hundreds of founders building things across every industry, and you're right in the middle of it.
* We attend Demo Day, founder dinners, and work directly with partners and many of the companies. (They make great products!)
* We pay well, offer carry in the fund (like equity), and provide generous relocation support if you're not in SF yet.
Two roles open:
* Product Engineer -- full-stack, own the product lifecycle. Rails/React stack. Build tools that power how YC invests in and supports startups. It's a wide range, and sometimes it feels like labs-like work, other times it feels like a supersuit to power founders and our Partners like Garry and Jared.
* Community Builder and Software Engineer -- hybrid role. Run YC's talent-facing programs (meetups, tech talks, career expos) AND build the software that makes them scale. You need to be a great engineer and LOVE to build and support communities.
Checkout more about the roles, and email me directly if you're excited to learn more about startups than you will anywhere else - ryan@ycombinator.com

Conductor lets you run a team of coding agents on your Mac. We've grown 10x since January, and just recently announced our $22m Series A. We're a small team looking for exceptional software engineers and designers.
At Shepherd, we're pursuing the most ambitious technical vision in commercial insurance: fully autonomous underwriting. Shepherd is an AI-native commercial insurance platform transforming how high-hazard industries get covered.
The infrastructure behind the AI boom (data centers, semiconductor fabs, renewable energy assets) has to be built and insured, but traditional carriers weren't built for this speed. We built Shepherd to solve that.
We just recently announced our $42M Series B! That brings our total funding to over $60M — led by Intact Private Capital, the investment arm of one of the largest insurers in the world. Intact is not only our lead investor but also a carrier partner, a testament to the confidence the incumbent industry has in what we're building.
