We believe that the potentials of video as a communications medium have just barely been explored, just as the first movies were essentially recorded stage-plays. We see a future where video calls are more productive than face-to-face, because of the value the intervening software delivers.
In terms of our company culture, we believe that raw hours make a difference. Working too many hours doesn't guarantee success, but working too few leads to failure. We expect everyone to put in their best effort every day, but we generally don't expect you to work late evenings or on weekends. We are careful to avoid burnout, but we also don't want to sugarcoat the fact that raw hours can make a huge difference in a startup.

Hey there! I'm working to build out a Data Engineering team for nCino and we need your expertise! We are in the very early stages of capturing and cataloging data from various sources. The data we're receiving will be in various formats from APIs that we'll need to hook into in Salesforce to CSV and TSV files that the Fed publish and everything in between. Then we'll be publishing this data internally in an easy to query format so that whether it's in a notebook or an application we can get data quickly and easily.

Source is creating a sustainable and fair food system by accelerating the transition to greenhouse agriculture. We are making greenhouses more scalable by developing the world’s most advanced artificial grower. Our software and AI models help growers to define optimal seasonal crop plans and provide greenhouse autopilot functionality to ensure flawless daily growing operations.
You'll be working on the core backend systems of our artificial grower products where you'll be responsible for all aspects from architecture and building the software to actual deployment and operations. You will also help with frontend-related tasks. Next to that, you will work closely together with data scientists to understand the data needs and translate these into data pipelines to ensure the availability of relevant and up-to-date data. You will also help the data scientists with industrializing their models, integrating them into our products and bringing them to production.
