We’re building AI-powered tools to help law firms work faster, smarter, and with less busywork.
Our first module is an AI call center that transcribes and classifies calls to help teams prioritize urgent cases. But that’s just one piece — we’re building an end-to-end platform that automates the entire case lifecycle, from intake to resolution.
We’re a small, senior team based in LATAM. You’ll work directly with the founders and ship new features from scratch. No layers of approval, no legacy code — just thoughtful product work, shipped fast.
We’re hiring a Head of Engineering (based in Los Angeles), a Tech Lead (LATAM or LA), and Backend, Full Stack, and AI Engineers (LATAM only). All roles are remote, except Head of Engineering, which is LA-based with flexibility for hybrid work.

At AllSpice, we're building the future of hardware development and collaboration, applying modern software design principles to the hardware industry with revision control, design review, and automated test (think GitHub/Bitbucket for hardware). We have a highly capable, tight-knit, remote-first team with a flex office in Somerville, MA and SF. We strongly value continuous communication and personal development. See more on our careers page https://allspice.io/careers
We’re hiring primarily for:
Sr.-Staff Frontend Software Engineer - You'll be the subject matter expert for our front-end (Vue, JS, Golang, Playwright, jest), and work with open-source projects to extend our user experience. https://allspice.io/post/jobs/sr-principal-staff-front-end-s...
Sr. Technical Product Manager (Actions) - You're a hardware nerd who's been frustrated with the lack of automation and data access in electronics design. You're thrilled at the prospect of running wild with full access to circuits data to build extensible plugins to automate design validation, generate exports, run simulations, and connect to external data APIs. https://allspice.io/post/jobs/sr-technical-product-manager-a...
Sr. Technical Product Manager (AI) - You've been an early adopter, introducing AI features in your past products. You understand how to tame large amounts of data for use in RAG to get consistent, functional output from LLMs, and you're not afraid to talk tensors. https://allspice.io/post/jobs/sr-technical-product-manager-a...
Mid+ SW Parsing and datastructures (rust) - systems programming experience required. You'll be responsible for helping develop our ECAD schema and convert between file formats efficiently. Hi! I work with a small group of developers doing custom software development and consulting for small/medium businesses. This is a great opportunity for people who value flexibility, maybe SAHMs, new parents, etc. who want to get back into the workforce in a very flexible way. Not a great fit for someone between who wants to do something temporary between jobs, supplemental around their existing full time job or who need a stable level of income.
The work is very different by client but not terribly difficult. However, no matter how senior you are there is a pretty low ceiling on what our clients are willing to pay. Our technology stack is anchored in: - JavaScript/Node/Vue - GCP/App Engine/Cloud Functions - Jira/Confluence/Google Workspace
If this sounds interesting and a good fit your lifestyle, reach out to [the two letter acronym for this site]@cookie.bike
PS. Each time I post here I get 3-500 emails, almost all are low effort that don't meet the above description, I've hired 3 people from past posts, but it can take some time dig through everyone.
We are an early-stage, well-funded startup making humans and computers work together more efficiently. Experienced team from Apple AIML and other great companies.
We will be opening several roles soon, but are previewing this one early: Staff Engineer / Startup Polyglot Engineer.
You'll enjoy this role if:
- You like going 0 to 1 with high ownership: moving features and products from idea on a napkin, to prototype, to engineering UI, to shipped and polished product
- You are innovative, get satisfaction out of learning new things, and thrive in an environment of uncertainty and opportunity
To succeed, you should:
- Have the wisdom to know when to take the fast route vs when to step back and clean up your mess
- Be capable and excel on your own, but be humble and communicate well with others as projects require more collaboration
- Be versed across many programming languages (e.g. from C++/Java/Swift to Go to JavaScript or Python)
- Have worked on many types of projects and software -- have you built servers, written games, shipped native apps, and vibe-coded (kidding) web apps? If so, you're a fit.
- Be versatile and work both high level and low level, on old tech and new. Have you both prompt-engineered an LLM AND tweaked the code that decodes tokens in your own local LLM runner? If so, you're a fit.
All said, we're looking for the stereotypical "startup engineer" who can move between different components, be creative, be flexible, take ownership, and get things done. We have a complex, challenging product, but one that's amazing to work on and that will soon change how people think about working with each other and with AI.
Email us at jobs@avy.ai.
About us: Fancy ETL pipeline which processes products from huge ecommerce companies. Data extraction and massage, delivery to destinations like Google/Meta/TikTok/etc. Profitable, 15+ yrs stable, 100% employee-owned. No VC, no pointless meetings, just serious coding.
Stack: Python/Django (some legacy Py2), JavaScript, VueJS, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Docker, Git, AWS, AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI & Gemini).
Compensation: $150K–$250K USD/year DOE.
You: Senior dev who's seen (and fixed) enough dumpster-fire code to last a lifetime. Python/Django deeply internalized; strong Vue (or React) skills. Git/Docker/REST are second nature. You’re the coder other devs come to when their stuff breaks: an architect-level thinker who’s rewritten ‘clever’ code into something that actually works. You play well with others and write code that’s easy to live with. Bonus: AI integrations, Py2→Py3 migrations, Snowflake (or Databricks) experience.
Timezones: Primary time zone is PST (some standups at 9AM PST). Otherwise async-friendly.
Benefits: 401K match (USA), healthcare, equity, fully remote. Stable company with no time-wasters.

MixRank processes petabytes of data every month from web crawling. We have hundreds of customers using our data products including Google, Amazon, Facebook, Intel, and Adobe, across industries including Finance, Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, and Security.
We’re a fully-remote company with a global footprint in over 20 countries. We're growing, profitable, employee-owned, no dependence on outside funding. Applicants from all geographies and backgrounds are welcome.
We are looking for passionate individuals for whom programming is not just a job but it’s something they love to do. We're obsessed with computers, programming, big data, databases, compilers, hardware, math, data science, and the internet. Does this sound like you? Please apply to join our team.
Our code base is very friendly to new contributors. You'll have a fully-functional development environment within hours (fully automated) and be pushing commits on your first day. Deployments to production happen multiple times per day and finish in less than 2 minutes. Effectively all of our codebase is written in Python, Rust, SQL, Javascript/TypeScript, and Nix. The core technologies you'll need familiarity with to be productive are Python, PostgreSQL, Linux, and Git.
We operate at a larger scale than typical startups. We operate two datacenters with high performance servers we've built that are capable of dealing with the volumes of data we process. We've implemented our own distributed file system. We do full-scale web crawls. We download and perform static analysis on the entire universe of Android APKs and iOS IPAs that are published. Unlike a typical startup where you'll spend half of your time in meetings, and the other half fixing bugs from Jira tickets— at MixRank you'll get to challenge yourself with difficult technical problems that will help you to grow as an individual.
We're hiring continuously for the positions below— they aren't singular positions that will close once filled. Our philosophy on hiring is that the candidate is more important than the position. For each new member of the team, we design a custom role and responsibilities that are specialized to their interests. Other companies will come up with a long list of specific requirements for a position with the expectation that you'll exactly replace someone from the team, or that you'll be the perfect tetris piece that satisfies the job requirements decided by a committee. MixRank is more pragmatic: we'll first get excited about having a unique individual on the team, then we'll figure out the best way to accommodate their specific talents.
