Technical Success Manager: Work with external customers and stakeholders, maintaining implementation roadmaps, collaborating on product roadmaps, and documenting user stories, timelines, and implementation strategy at the customer level.

Software Engineer, Android: Build software prototypes and product features from start to finish for Android and iOS, embedding our Rust core.

Fully remote pirate ship is looking for junior engineers and designers to come aboard.

* Food industry is the biggest in the world. It is one of the oldest, most archaic, and analog. Fragmented market with many established players. Many of them do bad things.

* Do not do evil. Do not screw over our customers. Do not enable our customers to screw over the end consumer.

* Food security, traceability, sustainability, legislation, and nutrition.

* Runs 250,000+ kitchens globally.

* Maintainability above all. Don't use the latest and shiniest technology. Question if something is the best tool for the job. Choose the most stable technology available.

* Rarely build something in-house. Focus on building the product. Exception is our i18n pipeline which delivers our product in more than 120 languages. Many of our customers have teams that must communicate across language and cultural barriers.

* Our approach to design is 80% UX and 20% UI. Don't customize it unless it improves the functionality. Bootstrap is just fine. Our customers only care that the product is intuitive and does the job reliably and consistently.

* Accessibility. Many of our customers have poor eyesight or work in challenging conditions.

* Interesting engineering constraints such as offline mode for taking inventory inside a freezer with no connectivity while wearing thick gloves.

* Small but mighty team.

* Fast paced learning environment. Give you support that you need to learn and grow.

* Fully remote. Use open source communication (Matrix). Travel to meet up in nice places when we need to. No unnecessary video calls. No tracking software at work.

Attendi | Senior Frontend Engineer | Amsterdam, ON-SITE hybrid | Full-time (80-100%)

Healthcare professionals have to spend too much time on administrative tasks, when they should be spending that time delivering great care. Attendi allows healthcare professionals to report with their voice. This saves them precious time and removes the screen between client and caregiver, allowing more personal and effective care to be given. We provide an extraordinary work environment: getting paid well to work with smart people on things that directly have a positive impact on society.

Healthcare professionals perform all their administrative tasks in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Attendi voice-enables EHR vendors' applications by developing speech-to-text and textual understanding APIs. Our EHR vendor partners also integrate our UI components, like a microphone that implements UX best practices for recording and transcribing audio, into their applications.

As our senior frontend developer, your will maintain and improve our microphone component across the web, Android, and iOS platforms, while also creating new components that will be integrated into our partners' applications.

We are a small startup team with fewer than ten members, which means no bullshit, moving fast, and getting a generous slice of equity. We're post product-market fit, profitable, and on the cusp of scaling up in the Dutch market.
