Requirements: The most important characteristic we're after is that you are interested in building highly interactive and cutting-edge products that will be used by some of the biggest landlords within the commercial real estate market. So, if you are someone who… ● enjoys user-centric design and product delivery ● is pragmatic and commercial, but never settles for mediocrity ● values flexibility, but wants to have ownership of your tasks ● gains satisfaction from solving puzzles and logic problems ● is excited about building a product that marries ease of use with expert features to re-invent an ancient market … we think you should get in touch, because you would be a great addition to our team!
Vendia | Frontend & backend developers | Remote, San Francisco/Bay, Seattle | Full-Time | https://jobs.vendia.net
The TLDR: We offer an immutable database that handles kind of data/file that stores a complete version history of everything saved to it. This data is accessible via a standard GraphQL API or via our typesafe SDK client (kind of like prisma). Vendia is cofounded by Tim Wagner, creator of AWS Lambda. We've raised over $15 million in VC.
Our tech stack includes:
All major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc), Python, Node.js, Serverless, CDK, Terraform, Lambda, GraphQL, Next.js, React, TypeScript. etc.
We have several positions open at https://boards.greenhouse.io/vendia.
Come and join us!
Additional details:
We are building out a way for companies to share data & files via a b̶l̶o̶c̶k̶c̶h̶a̶i̶n̶ immutable ledgered database thats accessible via a standard graphQL API. It’s designed to work for multiple parties (e.g. external partner companies, different internal teams, etc., however it can work as a single user database as well. At it’s core, it’s the ledgered database that keeps full history over any data or file changes throughout time. Users can read/write/subscribe to data via a graphQL API and a typesafe SDK client (like prisma). Under the hood, it’s deployed as serverless resources to alleviate operational burdens & have a pay per use pricing model. When someone joins we spin up a cloud based b̶l̶o̶c̶k̶c̶h̶a̶i̶n̶ database via an easy to use GraphQL interface.

Pyth Network | Software Engineer, Frontend Developer, Reliability Engineer and more | Remote - Global | https://pyth.network/
Pyth Network is an oracle that publishes financial data on-chain for use in DeFi applications. We currently publish real-time prices for cryptocurrencies, FX, and equities on several different blockchains. We are the biggest oracle in the Solana ecosystem, where we secure >$2B of value and power a variety of borrow/lending, derivatives, and other DeFi protocols.
We have two goals at Pyth Network. First, we want to accelerate the growth of the DeFi ecosystem. We believe DeFi is the future of finance, and we are working together with the broader developer community to build a fairer and simpler financial system. Oracles are a critical component of most DeFi applications — they’re the only way for on-chain applications to get input from the outside world. Our goal is to create the most accurate and reliable price feeds, then unleash the creativity of external developers to build valuable applications on top.
Second, we want to make financial market data broadly accessible to the public. Today, most financial data is gated behind paywalls that keep out most potential participants. The data that is free is low resolution, e.g., daily open/close prices. We think this is unfair. Our price feeds are freely accessible to the public, and anyone is free to save the data for later analysis. In fact, we think our historical US equity prices are the highest-resolution, free data set, with price updates every 400 ms.
Our unique competitive advantage is our network of market data providers. Our network includes over 50 of the biggest exchanges, traders, and market makers in both the crypto and traditional finance worlds. These data providers have agreed to publish their proprietary data on-chain, which allows Pyth Network to build the fastest and most reliable price feeds. It also allows us to access financial data that is not freely-available from other sources, such as real-time US equity prices.
We offer competitive salaries, benefits, and employees may be eligible for token allocations as part of our incentive program.

Autodesk - Senior Technical Consultant (Full-Stack Dev) | REMOTE (US) | Full-time | www.autodesk.com
Autodesk makes it possible to design the world. We have products likes AutoCAD, Inventor, Fusion360, Revit, Civil3D, 3ds Max, Maya, Recap...basically, if something needs to be designed in 3D, we probably have a software product for it.
I'm on the consulting team, where we design and write custom software to help the largest Architecture, Engineering, and Construction companies in the world use our products. Right now, we're looking for people with web experience, to help build solutions targeting our Forge APIs. .NET and React experience is preferred, though we do use other technologies as well.
We build lots of short projects (probably an average length of 3 months, with 2-6 projects at a time). Often this will include talking to stakeholders, designing a solution, writing the code, then helping the customer to deploy the solution in their environment. There's a lot of autonomy in your day to day work, with a good support structure of project managers and account teams to let you focus on actual work, not busy work.
If you have experience with the AEC industry, that's a plus.
Feel free to reach out to me at daniel@clayson.io if you'd like to learn more and get a referral link, or you can see the full description and apply here: https://autodesk.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/Ext/details/Sen...
Compensation is negotiable. The official target base pay is $127,000.
InComm | Engineering Manager / Dev Manager| $140K-ish | Full time | US Remote
Us : Large, stable, growing company that builds the software that makes gift cards work. About 2/3 of us are located in Portland OR, but we are now fully remote and you can be anywhere in the US.
Me: I'm the hiring manager, email in bio if you have questions. I currently manage four teams (3-4 dev + 1 tester each) which is too much, that's where you come in.
You : Hopefully, you are either a dev manager looking for a new job, or an experienced developer who's excited about getting in to management. Your job is to assist, clear roadblocks, coordinate, mentor, lead and empower, not to tell people what to do or write code. You should have some familiarity with, and opinions on: agile, microservices, CI/CD, and pairing/mobbing.
Why aren't we promoting from within (I always ask this question when I'm applying for mgmt jobs) : I'd like to, but my devs would all prefer to keep coding.
Tech stack : .net core, teamcity / AZDO, k8s, React (though we do very little UI work, mostly back end). Some of our services are full CD, the rest deploy once a week.
How we work: I'm a big believer in self-managing agile teams. Our motto is "go slow to go fast" - That means don't cut corners, bugs before features, pay down tech debt regularly, and the story's not done until the automation is complete.

Caltech | Research Software Engineer | Full-time for 2 years | Remote possible
https://phf.tbe.taleo.net/phf03/ats/careers/v2/viewRequisiti...
The Simons Collaboration on the Nonperturbative Bootstrap (http://bootstrapcollaboration.com) seeks applicants for the position of Research Software Engineer. Our Collaboration of theoretical physicists focuses on developing new computational techniques for studying and solving nonperturbative quantum field theories. Our methods are used to better understand phenomena ranging from demagnetization and superfluid helium, to quantum theories of gravity. Our techniques draw on symbolic algebra, numerical optimization, distributed computing, and many other areas of computer science. This is a 2 year term position. The position will be based at Caltech in Pasadena, CA. Working remotely is possible.
You will: Collaborate with faculty and researchers to develop open-source solutions for nonperturbative computations in quantum field theory; Explore applications of high-performance computing to improve and scale our current tools; Assist researchers with optimizing, parallelizing, distributing, and using shared software tools.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in (high-performance, open source) numerical programming in C/C++. Additional experience with functional languages (e.g. Haskell or Mathematica) would be appreciated.
