We build lending software for agriculture: loan origination, automated document collection, white-labeled servicing portals, and a capital marketplace, sold to banks and credit unions. Seed stage, $4.5M raised, SOC 2 Type II.
Stack: Python/FastAPI, CockroachDB, Redis, Angular 22, Docker.
This is genuinely full-stack, and the front-end half is the part most candidates overstate, so we test it directly. Multi-step loan applications with cross-field validation, document collection interfaces, portals our lender clients rebrand as their own. Forms complex enough that state management is a real problem.
Our take-home is an agentic assignment. You pick one of three problems, use whatever AI tooling you like, and ship it running on Vercel. We do not care whether you wrote it unaided. We care whether you understood what came out. The full brief is public, so read it before applying and decide for yourself whether it is worth 2-3 hours: https://github.com/landjourney/agentic-assignment
After that, 45 minutes where you walk us through your code and add one requirement we did not tell you about in advance.
7+ years. French is an asset, not a requirement. No visa sponsorship.
