Korva is building the AI-native operating system for health plan administration. Self-funded health plans cover 100M+ Americans, yet third-party administrators (TPAs) run them on manual processes and legacy software. We're rebuilding that back office with AI agents that automate high-stakes operational workflows. Getting this right matters — millions of Americans' coverage depends on it.
Founded by UC Berkeley alums with deep experience in healthcare data, payer integrations, and provider workflows. Pre-seed, well-funded, NYC-based.
This is a broad founding engineer role: you'll design core platform infrastructure from scratch, build and ship AI agents for TPA operations, own systems end-to-end, and at times embed directly with customers to turn operational knowledge into product. You'll work closely with the founders and shape both the roadmap and the engineering culture.
We're looking for someone with 2–5 years of SWE experience who writes clean, reliable code, has strong product instincts, uses AI as a core part of their workflow, and is comfortable in the ambiguity of an early-stage company. Interest in healthcare or complex regulated industries is a plus—domain expertise not required on day one.
Email hn ~at~ korva ~dot~ health with a bit about yourself and what excites you about this.

Return (https://return.energy) is hiring a software engineer who will work on platforms that accelerate the transition to carbon-free energy. Return’s main activity is building and operating industrial-size Battery Energy Storage Systems. Our operations are located in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Spain. You will be making a measurable (country-level) impact on the transition to renewable energy. Return recently raised €300M to support its growth.
While we employ over 100 people, Return’s technical team is still small (15 people). Our platform automates processes in energy storage, monitoring, market optimization, sales, project management, procurement, construction, and customer service.
During the first three years of operation, we laid the foundation for our platforms, and we are ready to scale up. This is why we are looking for an experienced software engineer.
You will be working on internal tools that support our business departments (origination, development, construction, operation, and general). Our tech stack is straightforward: Postgres, Ruby on Rails 8, Turbo, Stimulus, and Tailwind. We tend to keep meetings to a minimum in order to provide at least five hours of uninterrupted coding time per day. We practice code reviews and apply automated and manual testing. The platform is often deployed multiple times per day.
We’re very much open to remote work as long as you live in the EU. Our hiring process is swift but thorough: a 30-minute call to get acquainted and discuss financials, one or more technical interviews, and a paid visit to Amsterdam to meet the team.
The tech team members have co-founded several companies and have experience with remote development teams since 2008. They will personally help you through most of the recruiting process (there is no recruiter involved).

Hightouch is building an AI platform for marketing and growth teams. It’s not just about the LLM hype though!
1) You’ll get to work with a sharp team and we won’t waste your time in interviews - across three interviews we assess based on systems design conversations and a manager chat, no leetcode
2) Real marketing teams at companies you’ve heard of have used our agentic products to plan, design, and ship campaigns in days, instead of the usual weeks/months
3) The foundation that we’ve built over the past 5 years - building on top of data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks, and solving some complex distributed systems and real-time streaming systems problems on top - give us an edge over legacy players who require complex data integrations
4) We’re doing great in the market - we doubled our ARR over the last year and plan to do it again

We're building the AI-powered workflow automation platform that ops and finance teams at Lyft, Flexport, WHOOP, 1000+ other companies use to escape spreadsheet hell. They get messy data from PDFs, emails, Excel files, APIs... We let non-technical teams build production-grade data pipelines by typing what they want in plain English.
Automation Engineers are our Sales Engineers -- they work with customers throughout the sales cycle to define success criteria and mutual action plans for achieving value in less time than expected. They run training sessions and debug complex workflows in hands-on time.
Looking for someone who owns the customer experience and loves data automation pipelines.

I built a small AI healthcare SaaS that recently reached six-figure ARR with enterprise customers. The product works and has real users, but I’m now focused on another startup and no longer have time to actively run it.
Much of the business is already automated (billing, onboarding, and parts of support), but there is significant room to improve systems, growth channels, and product experience.
Looking for a technical builder/operator who wants to operate and grow a small SaaS business.
Focus areas: - improving onboarding and reducing churn - running growth experiments (email, outbound, partnerships) - shipping targeted product improvements - standing up marketing and acquisition channels - handling customer emails and occasional calls
Infrastructure scaling and feature proliferation are not the priority.
Compensation: meaningful equity and revenue share with a path to operating and eventually owning the business. A stipend may be available depending on involvement and business growth.

We’re looking for a Kubernetes generalist to help expand and improve our Kubernetes platform automation. If you enjoy writing operators or controllers to automate complex environments, and welcome the challenge of configuring and tuning scaled Kubernetes platforms for enterprise usage, this role should be a good fit.
The work focuses on operating and troubleshooting multi‑tenant Kubernetes clusters across on‑prem bare metal and cloud. We use Rancher with RKE2 on‑prem, and GKE, EKS, and AKS in the cloud. It’s hands‑on, development+operational (DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering/whatever-its-called-this-week) work: keeping clusters healthy, building and improving automation, supporting high performance GPU workloads, and evolving the platform as Kubernetes and our engineering needs change, all through GitOps style automation.
You’d be joining an experienced Kubernetes team, with room to grow your career through serious project work and mentoring. Example projects include developing self‑healing automation; bare‑metal platform integration, testing, benchmarking, and bring‑up; implementation and evolution of new multi‑tenancy patterns like vcluster; and global policy management using Gatekeeper OPA and Validating Admission Policy.
We’re looking for someone comfortable on Linux (Ubuntu) with a few years of Kubernetes administration experience, solid containerd and Kubernetes control‑plane knowledge, and the ability to write and maintain automation in Python (or Go) and bash. Familiarity with operator/controller patterns, Helm, Kustomize, Kubernetes networking internals (Cilium), git/GitHub, and Agile workflows is expected. Experience with Rancher/RKE2, Portworx, AI workflows/GPUs, OPA, Datadog, is a plus, but not required.
If this sounds like work you already do, or want to do more of, feel free to reach out directly at pkrizak@qualcomm.com. I’m happy to answer questions here or by email.
Spruce builds the operating system for heat pump installation businesses across the UK. The UK needs to install 600,000 heat pumps a year to hit net zero by 2050 — right now we're at ~100,000. We're building the software to close that gap, supporting 500+ installers and growing fast. Founded early 2024, VC-backed.
The problems are genuinely interesting: 2D floor-plan geometry and drawing tools, offline-first PWAs with sync conflict resolution, cross-company job sharing with RBAC permissions, underfloor heating physics and hydronics calculations, LiDAR integration, and solar and battery systems.
Stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Prisma, Docker, Konva, Tailwind.
You'd own slices of architecture and technical strategy, write high-leverage code on critical paths, and mentor a growing engineering team — while still spending most of your time hands-on.
Looking for someone strong in TypeScript across the full stack, who's product-minded and wants real ownership over what they build.
33 days holiday + 30 days/year working abroad. Hybrid (2 days/week in office). Nursery benefits.

Hybrid Linux/macOS environment, heavy Terraform/Ansible, usage. If blinking LEDs and routing tables get you going, this is the rare infra role where you can touch everything end-to-end.

We’re building an AI system that will disrupt the SaaS market as a whole. The foundation already exists and is running.
The concept itself is not difficult for experts once it becomes public, but the architecture and timing are key. We’re moving extremely fast.
Plan:
- release an open-source core - build a large community around it - scale fast enough to push competitors out
Current state is first friendly test customers onboarding in a few days. This is just 1 week old.
We’re currently reaching out to major AI labs since they could profit a lot from this, but we don’t need them to scale aggressively.
Right now there’s no significant funding yet, but the pace is extremely high and this could gain traction very quickly. We can likely raise ~€250k fairly quickly via public funding in my country, without giving up shares, but first we want to assemble the right people and make a plan together.
Looking for:
- someone with founder experience / VC contacts, or - hardcore AI engineers like me who ship extremely fast
We are currently EU-based, but the company can be set up wherever makes most sense for the business. It's huge fun to work with it.

Decise is a hands-on advisory and delivery firm that helps organizations unlock the full value of their technology and improve business profitability.
We work directly with executives to define what should be built, then we build it. Our work spans software engineering, data platforms, analytics, and customer-facing digital products. We often operate as fractional CIOs and CTOs, guiding both the strategic direction and the technical execution of our clients’ technology initiatives.
Our clients rely on us to turn complex business problems into working systems — not slide decks.
We are intentionally small and senior. Everyone on the team is a builder who can operate independently, solve complex problems, and deliver finished systems that people actually use.
White-glove service. Blue-collar grit.
We’re looking for a principal-level technologist who can move between engineering, architecture, and client strategy. Most of your time will be spent building systems and writing production code. The rest will involve working directly with executives to shape technical direction and ensure the work creates real business value.
Typical technologies we work with include React, Angular, Next.js, Node.js, Go, Snowflake, SQL, dbt, Domo, Streamlit, AWS, Vercel, and modern AI-assisted engineering tools. The exact stack varies by client; the ability to learn quickly and move confidently across technologies matters more than any specific tool.
Strong candidates typically have 10–15 years of experience building production systems and are comfortable operating both as hands-on engineers and as technical advisors to executives.
This is a long-term, full-time independent contractor engagement (1099). Everyone at Decise — including the founders — operates in this structure. Compensation is designed to be competitive with senior engineering roles at leading technology companies.
The fastest way to stand out is to show us something you’ve built: a production system, GitHub repository, application, or data platform you designed.

We're looking for customer-obsessed, ambitious, and hard-working teammates who are excited about solving a real-world problem with technology at its helm.

We’re looking for senior engineers excited about working in a functional paradigm. Our interview process is refreshingly streamlined (1-2 interviews).

Send verification messages anywhere in the world with the best prices, top deliverability, and zero spam with Prelude - the SMS API powering your growth.
With an ex-Zenly founding team and investment from Seedcamp and Singular, we've already grown to 50 people and signed with X, Sunday, BeReal and more.
Hiring across Engineering (Go, Rust, AWS). We also have a niche role for someone specialising in device fingerprinting where we can be more open minded on remote work or relocation. https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/prelude
Here's the problem: A small drone flies at you at 60mph / 100 km/h You have a camera, one edge processor, and must detect, classify, and track it at 30fps — against sky, trees, buildings. Starting from 100+ meters. If your pipeline drops a single frame at far range, the intercept fails. Sounds impossible? We think together we can solve this.
Now the second problem: Your guidance law needs to predict where that target will be in 0.5 seconds, compute the intercept geometry, and command the flight controller — with noisy IMU data, wind gusts, and a target that doesn't fly in straight lines. No GPS. No RF link. Just onboard compute.
We solved the guidance part in simulation. Our IBVS pipeline tracks and hits moving targets in SITL. The hardware prototype is built and ready. But the real engineering starts now.
We need:
* Computer Vision & Edge AI Engineer — YOLO on Jetson/Hailo/QRB5165. Detect, classify and track small targets at 100m+. Model pruning, TensorRT, sensor fusion. If you've pushed edge hardware to its absolute limits, this is your problem.
* GNC / Flight Systems Engineer — Image base visual servoing, proportional navigation, EKF/UKF state estimation, PX4 integration. Take what works in sim and make it survive real-world sensor noise.
* Simulation & Test Engineer — SITL/HITL, Monte Carlo campaigns, digital twins. 10,000 simulated engagements before anything leaves the ground.
* Technical Advisors — Drone warfare, GNC/aerospace, defense procurement. A few hours/month from the right person changes our trajectory.
We're a pre-seed defense startup in Munich building autonomous interceptor drones to stop FPV kamikaze drones. 2 founders. Salary + equity. No AI screening — we read every application.
Trunk is an a16z funded (25M) Series A dev tools startup, redefining software development at scale. At Trunk, our mission is to help teams create high-quality software quickly. Common Prefix is a science-first blockchain consulting company. Our vision is to make blockchains usable for mainstream users and everyday people – paying at the supermarket, remittances, moving money across borders, saving, investing – and solving the real problems of usability, scalability, and interoperability that come with it.
We're a 30-person team, half scientists (cryptographer PhDs, post-docs, and professors) from renowned universities, half engineers with long web2 experience. Auditors who can write and read code, especially low-level cryptographic implementation code (zero knowledge verifiers, signature schemes, etc), consensus (PoW, PoS), or smart contracts (everything DeFi). Support engineers (junior to early-mid) who enjoy being on the front line of production support (monitor live systems, respond to partner/user issues, triage/debug, and escalate).
Tech stack: Doesn't matter, we'll teach you. But we work mostly with Rust.
