Strong finances: 300M+ ARR with 90% retention and 30% growth YoY / no debts / long runway / fortunate to have never done any layoffs.
Software Development Managers: 50-60% people management, 20-30% technical leadership, 10-20% hands-on coding. Average 1-2 PRs a week. Open to any stack but we are RoR on AWS. 4-6 direct reports. Many teams available including AI Product (doesn't require prior history in AI), Platform (data ubiquity across product suite), Expense Management (fintech arm), Payments Infrastructure (backend billing systems), and a couple more. No on-call. 205K-215K CAD base salary + equity options, no bonus structure.
MLEs: intermediate level, multiple roles available. Heavy on statistical inferencing and experiments to determine best ML models for each use case. Supporting new greenfield AI product along 4 other teams (MLEs, MLOps, full stack devs). 140K-145K CAD base salary.
Systems Engineers: intermediate level, multiple roles available. Mix of devops, SRE, cloud infra, but also writing a bit of production-level code. Occasional on-call with additional pay. 130K-137K CAD base salary.
