DRYFT Dryft builds intelligent systems that automate complex human decisions in manufacturing operations. We’re a small, talent-dense team with modest roots and a love for the physical world - cars, machines, planes. Our team includes graduates from Stanford, Berkeley, CDTM, TUM, winners of Stanford TreeHacks, recipients of Fulbright & Haniel scholarships, and builders of everything from robots and race cars to software with millions of downloads. We’re backed by the founders and leaders behind Amazon, Facebook, Stripe, Applied Intuition, & others; General Catalyst & Neo, and board members of global industrial companies. Miniswap is a marketplace for complex hobbies, starting with Warhammer. We're backed by Y Combinator and have just closed our seed funding round. In the past six weeks since we launched, users have listed $150,000 of tabletop wargaming miniatures for sale on Miniswap and over $15,000 have been sold.
We're looking for a founding full-stack engineer who is passionate about their hobbies -- whether it be Warhammer, Magic: The Gathering, mechanical keyboards, fountain pens, you name it.
We have an opinionated tech stack: deep use of PostgreSQL (composite types, functions, etc), Rust for our monolith, and HTMX with modern vanilla JS/CSS. Our mentality is to extract the utmost value we can get out of these technologies before introducing additional infrastructure and frameworks. We're building the AI-powered workflow automation platform that ops and finance teams at Lyft, Flexport, WHOOP, 1000+ other companies use to escape spreadsheet hell. They get messy data from PDFs, emails, Excel files, APIs... We let non-technical teams build production-grade data pipelines by typing what they want in plain English.
Senior SRE: Join our platform team. Own reliability, security, and developer experience. You'll be on-call but working on interesting problems: scaling multi-tenant infrastructure, securing 100+ integrations, building tools that make deploys boring (in a good way). Bonus if you care about the product, not just the pipes.
Senior Full Stack Engineer: Be your own PM. Build new interfaces and features that unlock automation for people who've never written code. Work across the stack on problems like: LLM-powered pipeline generation, parsing messy PDFs with AI, real-time collaboration on workflows.
If you've ever thought "I could automate this if I had time," come build the tool that lets everyone think that way.

Magnetic (YC S25) is building the AI tax preparer for accounting firms. We use vision models to extract and structure data from tax documents and automatically populate legacy tax software, saving CPA firms hours of tedious data entry per tax return. Firms are coming to us faster than we can build - our next tax season is already 10x the size of October's, and we have a waitlist for several X more.
We just raised a $5.1M seed round and are building a small, senior, in-person team. We believe in everyone talking directly to customers, and getting into the workflow themselves (i.e. learning how to do tax returns). We like to work together all day, whiteboard new ideas, get lunch together in person, and get drinks after work.

Saildrone is the world's leading collector of ocean-related in situ data via uncrewed vehicle, above and below the sea surface. We work with navies across the world to deliver insights about waterways, contribute to safety of life at sea, and mitigate illegal fishing and trafficking. Additionally, we work with governments, civic agencies, foundations, universities, and private companies around the globe to derive better information about our oceans and seas - be it sailing drones into the eye of hurricanes to obtain new scientific storm data, mapping out the ocean floor, collecting new CO2 data in hard-to-reach areas, or counting biomass to establish fishing quotas.
Maybe you saw that we've repeatedly hucked drones into category 4 hurricanes[1]. Or maybe that we completed a transoceanic cable survey for Meta[2]. And maybe you saw that we just announced a large partnership with Lockheed Martin[3]. Or maybe you didn't see any of that, but you're still intrigued by the idea of autonomous, long endurance sailboats that help us better understand and secure our planet.
Whatever the case, we're hiring for a breadth of different positions across our organization. In software, we're hiring for folks in our Perception, Platform, Frontend, and Vehicle teams. Stacks vary from team to team, but we're looking primarily for folks with backgrounds in C++, Python, and/or JavaScript (Node, TypeScript, React). All software positions are hybrid roles based out of Alameda, just a quick ferry ride across the Bay from San Francisco.
In addition to software engineers, we're also hiring for a bunch of other positions across the company in production/manufacturing, technical operations, and more.

We're a small (23-person) team of repeat founders and seasoned operators building a next-gen quote-to-cash platform. This is a tight-knit and senior crew — most of us have 10-25 years' experience, much of it together. We recently announced $14.4 million in funding to make blockchains & digital assets useful for the world. Founded by Jump Crypto alumni and core contributors to the Solana protocol and the Firedancer client (https://github.com/firedancer-io/firedancer), we’re tackling fundamental scalability, performance, and usability challenges in distributed ledgers.
Our runtime conforms to the RISC-V specification—moving away from domain-specific VMs, DSLs, and bespoke compiler toolchains that limit developer and institutional adoption. You can write smart contracts and programs in any LLVM compatible programming language and reason about a standard ISA in RISC-V. Components are developed in C for maximal control over performance and resource usage.
We believe there is a unique window of opportunity to developer fairer, more accessible, and more global financial products on resilient public blockchains.

Dev tools company with 200,000+ users in 2 years. $10M in funding from Vercel CEO, GitHub CTO, Cloudflare CEO, etc.
We’re building a flight recorder for web apps – so anyone can report issues to engineers in a way that's actually debuggable (w/ console, network, websockets debugger, etc).
Small, senior team – several ex-engineering directors turned ICs (mostly ex-early Cloudflare). Looking for staff-level engineers with experience building highly performant front-end apps.
Stack: React/Typescript and MobX (MST) on the frontend, and Node/GraphQL across our backend.
The challenge ahead: Scaling. Usage 10x’ed last year, and our users are in 176 countries, on all sorts of devices, network conditions, etc. Our bar for quality is high.
As a dev tool, developers at Jam are directly connected and involved with the product. Your usage of the product will directly inform the direction of Jam’s future.
