We’re hiring a (Senior) Sales Engineer / Manager to join our U.S. founding team in Silicon Valley. This hybrid role combines outbound sales with technical pre-sales. You’ll lead our U.S. outbound motion, own strategic customer conversations, and deliver demos that connect product capabilities to real-world outcomes.
What you’ll do:
– Own and build outbound sales strategy (emails, calls, LinkedIn)
– Lead technical discovery and deliver product demos
– Build demo scripts, workflows, and reusable content
What we’re looking for:
– 3+ years in sales engineering, B2B SaaS, or technical pre-sales
– Strong outbound mindset and hands-on deal experience
– Understanding of Kafka, Flink, cloud platforms, and modern data infra
– Ability to explain technical solutions to business and tech stakeholders
– Independent, structured work style with startup mentality
– Must be based in the Bay Area (San Jose, CA)

Compensation:
$110,000–140,000 base salary + performance-based commission + stock options
