Freeform builds AI-native manufacturing systems that unify software, hardware, and physics to produce industrial-scale parts at the speed of human ideation. By treating manufacturing as a single integrated system, we unlock a new era of innovation where complex hardware is designed, built, and scaled without limits. This isn’t just an improvement; it’s a leap forward in how complex metal parts are made, with the ability to revolutionize industries like aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, and beyond. We are backed by top VCs including NVIDIA’s NVentures, Founders Fund, Threshold Ventures, and Apandion.
It’s a small, tight-knit team and you’d have the opportunity to own significant and impactful greenfield projects throughout the entire development lifecycle and much more. Our software team comes from the likes of Google, SpaceX, and Apple, and believes in taking a first principles approach to solving hard problems.

Home-based care should be the default in American healthcare. It isn't, mostly because the technology has never been good enough. Patients heal faster at home, it costs a fraction of facility-based care, and it's what people actually want — yet the industry runs on phone calls, spreadsheets, and systems built in the 90s. We started Axle Health because we think that's fixable, and because the stakes are high enough that it's worth doing right.
We're Axle Health, and we think in-home care deserves world-class technology. We're building the operating system for home-based healthcare — the scheduling intelligence, the clinician tools, the logistics coordination — everything that has to work perfectly so a clinician shows up at the right door at the right time with everything they need. It's a hard and important problem, and we're just getting started.
The complexity is real: real-time scheduling optimization across dynamic clinician networks, last-mile logistics that make Uber Dispatch look simple, integrations with every flavor of EMR and payer system you've never heard of, mobile-first tools that have to work in spotty cell coverage in someone's living room, and the compliance surface area that comes with handling PHI at scale — we need to build it all, and we want people who think this stuff is genuinely fun.
